Mushrooms

You can enjoy champignon mushrooms all year round – their availability does not depend on the season. Usually used as an addition to dishes, champignons offer a lot more than just delicious taste. They are a source of healthy proteins, fibre and vitamins also containing minerals and carbohydrates. To keep all those properties, champignons should undergo heat treatment for a short time, e.g. by being blanched or grilled.
